G-Spot Orgasms

The illusive G-Spot can produce amazing, strong and prolonged orgasms in many women. The G-Spot is a small mound of tissue about the size of a quarter that is generally found about 2 inches inside the vagina on the upper wall. With your lover lying on her back with her legs open, you can find the G-Spot by sliding a finger inside her vagina, palm up, with your finger up—the middle finger is usually best—then curve your finger towards her belly and yourself. You’ll feel a ridge and, if she’s properly excited, a slightly swollen, spongy mound—the G-Spot.

To produce a strong sexual response, most women must be very aroused before you arrive at the G-Spot. So, lots of caressing, kissing, clitoral stimulation and other stimulation should proceed any arousal of the G-Spot.

Once a woman is properly excited, stimulating the G-Spot with one or two fingers in a gentle, rhythmic motion works best. Some women like a gentle, circular motion or a slight rocking back and forth motion with the fingers. Continued clitoral stimulation is also a good plan—oral is the best
